Volunteers - Ski Guides
Would you like to assist someone with a disability to ski/board?
If you are an intermediate to advanced skier or rider who would like an added challenge on the slopes and have some time to volunteer, then DWA has a unique volunteer opportunity just for you in our Ski Guides Program.
Ski Guides assist our members in their Adaptive Snowsports lessons, where the DWA member is taught the skills required to progress and following their lessons, ski guides gain the reward of seeing the skills reinforced through free skiing.
DWA conduct Ski Guides training weekends where you will be equipped with all the information you need to develop your skills as a Ski Guide and help you to feel confident to assist our members.
If you would like to get involved or would like more information on the Ski Guides Program, download
