Member Camp Calendar 2026

Things to know before you book:

  • The camps use bunk rooms in a shared accommodation setting. We cannot guarantee that you or your carer will have your own room.

  • There is space for each participant to bring one person with them. We are unable to guarantee space for additional people.

  • The availability of single beds (non-bunk) is limited. If available, it may incur an extra cost.

  • Travel to the resorts and transfers between public transport and the camp accommodation is not included and may not be available.

  • Public Transport to the resorts is not wheelchair accessible.

  • The NDIS have changed what they fund. If you are intending to use NDIS funds, please confirm what is covered in your plan by speaking to your LAC etc.

  • Please note that DWA is unable to invoice the entire camp cost under NDIS and some costs are the responsibility of the participant.

  • DWA does not provide off snow support. If a participant requires personal care, they must bring a carer, staff member or family member with them.

    *If you are attending a camp through a disability organisation, they will be in contact with you about booking onto their camp. Please do not complete a booking for an organisation camp on this page
